Hello all, I just have a question or questions lol......my husband is leaving next sunday to his country as per request due to denied refugee claim...and our papers are in but i havent heard back from them stating if im approved or not.....but with that being said once i am approved and he has his arc- would he be aloud to come back to canada? he is employed and his boss has stated that he would hold his spot for his return given its within 6months....would getting a personal letter from him help us?......the way this system works can really drive a person crazy.....were madly in love and now being ripped apart.......

any help would be awesome, as im going crazy here, when i should be enjoying every minute with him before i take him to the airport

just a question...after the sponsor approval how long does it take for the canadian embassy to send the application to manila?

imatra... my husband is in canada (calgary)he couriered the application to missauga on 13of jan and it would have reached there on 15 jan......how do you all guys come to know and be shure about that they received the courier..... can u help me please am under stress

there is really not a specified number of days for that but the basis that i use and i think the others too, is when they have an update on your ecas. For example it displays that medicals have been received. I think by that time you can assume that your papers are in manila vo already.

sponsor(husband) will receive AOR and approval via email or mail within next 2-3 weeks
