Hi I also apply a canada study visa in oct 30 online from auckland and my file in Sydney embassy . I got a Pcc request letter on 10 Dec and I submit it in 12 Dec . Still I am waiting no further email come from cic . My class start from 15 Jan. Can anyone tell me . If cic ask for Pcc it mean they give the visa. Thanks

i have applied my study visa on 25th Nov. , but my file is still in process , aome of my friends says that holidays starts from 22nov - 6 Jan , but my university classes starts from 4th jan.

Yeah it's mean you got visa.. otherwise they are not asking for passport.. lucky you.. what's your online status showing?

they are at their last step which is security and background check. Highly likely you will get visa. after this check they will make final decision. you should be able to see on your mycic account once they finish processing
