I have completed my b.com with 76% from punjab university.
I have two options fro further studies in canada.
1. diploma form langara college
2. NABU course by capilano university
which one is better

Choose p.g diploma in Lanagara college.I also did b.com and I am going for p.g diploma in accounting.it's diploma after graduation.

should i apply for diploma or post graduate diploma?

Go for post degree diplomadiploma. There is no benefit to do diploma after graduation. I also did b. ComCom and i got visa for p. G diploma in accounting at lanagara college.

I got the offer letter for general arts and science(university transfer)diploma as i have 77.2 % in 12 medical stream and 7.5 bands . My dad has refusal for visitor visa in 2005 . Will it affect my visa probability ? OR what are my chances to get visa for this program?

No your father refusal will not affect your case.. .you have high chances to get visa.

Consult your agent because offer letters don't take that much timetime.
