Family name is same as surname
So write your surname in option for family name

Applied for marketing management course in Algonquin. (PG)

A lot of consultants were negative about my chances as I have already done a Post grad and doing one more from Canada would be pointless and the Visa officer would dismiss my application because of that. I think my visa was approved primarily because I had a very strong SOP explaning why I wanted to do one more post graduate.

Then try to leave the option for family name or surname blank . Might this work. Do write here if this works
