Ohh thats cool you applied for masters. you vil definitely get job after masters. Masters have more scope then a diploma.
College is good, good in hands on skills, but cant say about job yet, have to do certifications then its easy to grab a job. At least CCNA is must for job.
Hey it depends on diff colleges or universities.As far as my exp for international students for jan 2014 intake for universities,the last date of applying wer july 1 st for most colleges.If you are from canada then they wer oct 1.So i think if you check for application deadlines then you will be able to have more info.
Bro do your home work before asking your consultant.Browse through diff colleges/universities,thier programs,minimum admission requirements etc then ask you consultants about it.
Usually as far as i know consultants try to get u into a coll/course with those universities with whom they have tie's.

And wit my graduation i started doing my animation diploma from maac new delhi.
Now looking for pgd of visual or graphic design course.
