you should write SOP stating that ur study is relevant. explain a bit about why choose this course and tell them of ur interests in it. writing sop is a good idea for every case. i would recomend.

iss site pe requirements likhe hain , i dont know about whther you are eligible to get admission or not , because i think they require 16 years of education, if you can , then i will guide you kin prof say raabta kero
