Hi,
So I have been in the US 2007 for 3 months and then in 2008 for 5 month.
I applied for police certificated from fbi one month ago but received the ITA and there will be probably no time for it to come to me on time.
The CIC web site claims that it should be 6 consequent months - "You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18."
This statement does not apply to me as I my stays were separare and not in a row, not even close in time.
How can I find out if I need to attach this certificate and wait for it?
The hard copy is not at all different from the PDF. I suggest you print the PDF and submit a scanned copy of the prints.
CIC will verify the ECA directly from the assessing agency, i.e. WES using the WES Reference No.
However, it is always good to have a hard copy to show (maybe, I'm old-fashioned), which you can order in the meantime. Also, next time you order a report, make sure you select the courier option (I know it is more expensive).

You don't need to provide the FBI report as you've never lived in the US for 6 months or more in a row. Submit the application without the report and keep it handy to upload if and when CIC ever asks for the same.

I had a question, if you could please answer it!
I am pretty sure my medicals are all perfectly fine, but if they were to theoretically discover something about me in them that was off, how would I find out? Would I find out?

You can ask the clinic - some of them might be persuaded to give more information about your results. Or you wait till Medicals is set to Passed which happens fairly early on in the process.
Dear experrs, please help. After filling up the PR application, making the payment and uploading the required documents in each section, do we need to submit any additional forms??
