So I only had tracker access and very recently I connected my GCKey and saw the final decision date was the 30th Jan. So I honestly don't know if they emailed my legal representative since they were the point of contact. But I am certainly calling them tomorrow.
Nope, they didn't. The last update you should get on your tracker is the background verification complete and COPR details. After that, you won't get any tracker updates anymore unless you call them.

I requested her to arrange to send it to me directly. She asked me to keep an eye on my email daily including the spam/junk folder going forward.

Congratulations! One thing to note, the tracker CoPR page has caching issues. If you go back to the overview page and come back, you may see unique # for family members. So the trick is from the home/overview page go straight to each family member's specific page.
