I went through the same thing. I paid bio fees after application submission and uploaded the receipt. Got my BIL yesterday.

Where do you pay for biometrics, is there a link? And where do you upload the receipt after application submission ?

There's no evidence to say that IRCC processes applications by AOR dates. Not very useful metric imo.

I just got ITA and my passport is about to expire in 5.5 months. I need guidance should I apply for the renewal of my passport and then apply for ITA or do I have to apply now with the same info that I have provided with my current passport which is about to expire in 5.5 months?
Kindly please guide me about this

Renew your passport, change the passport info on your eAPR application, add LOE explaining what happened and add the bio photo of the expiring passport as proof.

You can submit application with current passport. When you review, you can tell them about the new passport.

It changed when the Medical passed and BIL came in. But I can't even access the link. It's says bad gateway.
