Looks like the medical exams for Student and PR applicant is different. Will have to file for a fresh medical exam..

i was wondering if they do extensive security or background screening for someone who only lived in usa and india. my residency for the past 10 yrs is 9 yrs usa and 1 yr india. i heard these checks take a year or so for some candidates.

Yes, I remember the doctor had 3 options while filling my form: Worker, Student or Tourist.

Max 7 days, I got mine in 4 days.

No, I just checked mine as well, I think they send the email at the same time they update the profile.

Did you apply for online one or mail based one?

Is the online one in which they email acceptable?
