I am based in London, there was some confusion while I called them but it’s all sorted now. But such a long wait for medicals...it’s crazy!!

The name change was not for the medicals but while I filled my PR application it asked me to put my previous name and I stated my name before marriage. On the upload doc page it is now asking me to back that with a proof...so I wanted to check what goes there as a proof???

Also would you have any idea, my children’s passports are renewed in the UK but while I put there details such as place of issue...Uk does not drop down???what should I put there???

PM me please, I am also in London, I have an experience to share for medicals, would be useful for you if you are getting it done from Knightsbridge doctors! They created a mess with information sheet!

Well I am traveling to Manchester for getting them done as there was no appointment there.

The Hr verbally refused to include job duties and said they wouldn't include the explanation in the letter.
I may be able to get a letter from a colleague, who has left the company as well. But I'm not sure if it helps.

In fact, I am also facing similar trouble!

So frustrating! Roughly, they just put my full name and the time for which I worked for them, n the job title. They r willing to provide me with a very basic letter.

I will attach Tax documents, resignation letter and offer letter to proof work hours and payment.

Moreover, I am begging them to at least insert some duties/responsibilities in whatever way they want since I do not have it in any other document that I could use to prove.

Agreed its very stressful. I can't sleep well. Always feel like my application gonna fail. Never imagined proving my work experience would be such a hurdle

Man, they just refused my requirement either!

Stupid guys! They said they do not have even the paper with their logo!!! Dunno what to do! I will attach the email where they affirm that but dunno if VO will accept it. But I cannot do much regarding it. I mean, if the company is saying they dot no use letters w their logo I cannot force them!

Hi Guys

Got my ITA in the second draw in june.

I have been arranging for all the documents and i have a few doubts:

1. I had applied in NOC 3012 (Registered Nurse) since I am a registered nurse in India, however, it was only after ITA that i realized that all my work expereince is in NOC 4012 as i have only taught in nursing colleges where it is mandatory to be a registered nurse in India. Both NOC codes fall under category "A". I have mentioned in the eAPR and will include a LOI mentioning the same. Is this ok?

2. During my medical exams, they found sugar in my urine exam. A re exam was conducted (results to which I can't access) alongwith serum Creatnine test (which was normal). Will this be an issue? I never knew abot my elevated sugar levels and have got it checked later and found out that I maybe a pre diebetic (surprise surprise)

3. I am moving with my spouse and all our funds are in her name. Is it ok if i ask her for an affidavit stating that she is ok with me using the funds or should i convert the account into a joint account.

4. My work experience is from two colleges, both aren't very famous and although legitimate, being from a small town, are smaller. My employment is genuine and will recieve positive response if verified (they don't really check their emails regularly so they will respond a little late).

What are my chances???

Hi All,

After filling the profile post ITA - On the final page of the PR application where it shows the documents to be uploaded I am facing a unique issue. I am getting Police Certificate 1, Police Certificate 2 and Police certificate 3. It is not showing the name of the country. Few days back it was showing the name of countries as well. Now I am not sure which is for which country?

Even for the work experience - I have mentioned 2 jobs - Earlier it was showing job title's for both the jobs- Now it is only showing Employment Records 1 , Employment records 2. I have raised the request for technical help 2 days back but I have not got any revert.

Is there someone else also facing same issue?

It's a bug and an irritating one. Log out clear cache and try different browsers. It will come back but it's not consistent, anytime you see it again, first upload those placeholders. I had a difficult time with it as well so can understand pain

Thanks - I have tried different laptops, all sort of browsers possible, logged out, cleared cache - It just does not work. Does it matter the order in which you submit the PCC? Any idea.

take a screenshot when you first log in and save it. you can follow that when the placeholders disappear.

If nothing works, then explain in LoE and submit.

Is here any one how got the PCC done from USA . I went to get it done and they said it will take 4 weeks to receive it. As far as i remember back in March it took 1 week.

Hi everyone,

Hope your documents preparation is going well.

I have a question regarding my work experience. I worked full time with a firm for only 4 weeks a in 2015. Do I still need to include it in my perssonal experience and provide the work reference letter from this company? This company now has already merged with a large international firm so I'm not sure I can get a work reference letter or not...
