ITA not received

I submitted the Express Entry profile and my CRS matched the CRS for the draw on July 25th, but I have not received my ITA yet. I found that I missed to register for Job Bank and my profile was 45 days old on the date of draw. Can someone suggest if my profile is still active and if I am indeed eligible for the ITA without registering for Job Bank. The status of my profile is Submitted and I am still able to edit my profile.

The tie breaking rule for the last draw was : December 31, 2017 at 12:14:21 UTC

Hence, people having 441 score got ITA if they created the EE profile before the above timeline. Since your profile was created after this timeline, you did not receive the ITA during the last draw.

Job Bank registration isn't mandatory anymore. You didn't receive the ITA due to the tie-breaking rule.

How long in job? If you meet the requirements in the ministerial and category based instructions then contact IRCC after 72 hours. Sometimes people think they are eligible and are not.

Ya let’s see I will wait ! Me and my friends almost joined same date and created profiles in same time frame they just have 4 points more than me! I don’t know what went wrong let me wait untill monday
