Hi All,
I am working as IT Analyst in India with around 10+ years of experience and would like to know about the IT job market in Ontario, Canada.

What should be the approach for applying for job ? Would applying online through the job portal help while I wait for my work permit ?

Someone in the forum mentioned that most of the job listing on the Job portal are not always available . Is that true ?

Which IT certifications are in demand ? And how easy would it to be get a job in IT domain ?
