Hi Ola,
it is so pity to hear that you have been refused. Forum members are giving correct advice. Don't give up, make your case stronger and reapply again. I understand how you feel currently. I was in the same situation when I got refused twice, especially when they have approved my visa before refusing second time. Yet I don't give up. I requested my GCMS notes. Once received, I'll think what to do next. Yet I'm planning to reapply in October. I wish you good luck. Keep it up.

Hi Ola, you have been substantial support in the forum and pretty sad to see your refusal. I was just bout to give you a way but I read mead and meagan99 comment and well thet have answered it to the pt. You need to enroll in a degree bruh and I believe you need to get into masters
Good luck. If its not Canada do let me know if I you want me to help you with Australia or New zealand. Norway Finland and Denmark.are amazing options too.

Amir, I really appreciate the support and encouragement so far. I will not relent as u advice. Thank you.

I think taking a certificate is a mistake. Certificates really have no value and from CIC's perspective, it won't make sense why you are coming all the way to Canada and spending all of that money just for a certificate. The only possible explanation is that your primary reason for coming is to remain in Canada long term. I think this is how CIC will view it and reapplying won't help. You should change your course to a Masters (preferably) or a post graduate diploma (also low value but better than a certificate).

scylla : so correct advise i agree with you. There are course in Pg from Lambton ,Fleming any many others with not high fees i am not the right person to say.

ola1974 : I am not supporting anybody's comments or anything.i learned from all u seniors guys. I have still not applied but learning from you. I pray that you get visa very soon & inshallah i also get the visa.

Wow, How can they deny you with all those assets? I am a Nigerian leaving my in Sweden and going to Canada this August for studies. I would gladly trade places with you Ola, work and all those properties and financial instruments. I mean if I have what you have, I wouldn't even bother.

I quite agree with u all, but do u know Lakehead Uni denied me master bcos I do not hold BSc. I want to make precedence here to either encourage certificate program or not. I have made up my mind for Jan intake, but will pursue this intake to logical conclusion. Just an academic exercise. The medical will be useful in January if at all I am denied again.

Hi ola ,

I think you should write sop / study plan . They won't request it from you but it's much better to attach it with file . Write why did you did you choose Canada , why you will come back to your home country . Also show them prospective jobs in your country .
Good luck

Thank you for the advice. I am exactly doing that and have some members who have already assisted in coming up with wonderful SOP which i strongly believe will assist in a great way. All you mention is included in the SOP and will probably file another application by next week.

I wish for every one to get his visa ( and me as well :P ). I hope I see you in Canada soon :)
