No - not possible.
Being common law with a Canadian citizen does not qualify you to apply for an open work permit.

Yes - you can. If the married couple has separated and one spouse is living with someone else common law - then it's absolutely possible.

If you are really common law (i.e. have lived together for at least one full year) then he can sponsor you for PR. You can read about your options here:
