Issue with WES Evaluation

I'm having issues in making payment to WES for over 6months. Trying to use my credit card. N it keep telling me the information is incorrect. Pls i need help. Dont even know if is still valid

• I had completed my bachelor's degree in business studies and master in business studies but there is some major issues that has arises recently when i was checking my wes profile i had found that i had mistakenly typed my field of study as a business/commerce in both of my academic credential but i had completed my bachelor and master degree having major as a finance is there any possibility to change it or does it creates some major issues in immigration process please help me.
