CIC London has clearly stated in PPR-2 that if someone don't get reply from Islamabad VO within 4 weeks of sending PP's then S/he must contact to LVO through (CSE).
Send it now..

But my visa office is Islamabad not London. And what is this PPR1 and PPR2?

would you please share where did you take medical? the date you mentioned is the date of completion of medical or the date of arrival at LVO?

Sigh. I salute your calmness in dealing with this situation. When you get the email, do tell us what exactly was wrong with your visa. Meanwhile, we are all praying for you....

I got an email from my VO and it seems that there is no issue with the visa at all. Ironically, the bank draft sent for 150 CAD for my new born was not cleared therefore, they are holding the passports till the payment is cleared. This time around i am getting the payment processed from London so that it is timely processed and finalized. Processing the payment from Pakistan will take up considerable time in the form of courier (5 days) and bank clearance (time ?).

I guess there was also an option that they could have asked for the processing fee at the time of landing maybe, but as said, what happens, happens for the best.
