it never take more than 4weeks,u should send Case inquiry to London today

Hi!

Did you check from TCS website that they actually received your passports ? If yes then do two things

1) send email to CHC ISlamabad, their email is

Islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

and tell them your details like file no,name, dob, address etc and ask them your passports were received there on that date and signed by that person and you haven't heard any thing back..

2) send email to CHC London also

London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

and raise the same issue.
