My application was sent in nov 22 2011 they were sent to dom rep in feb 2012

they have sent me a simular msg twice now. Why am I still waiting for a officer to review the application is this normal?

A PR application file will be reviewed by several officers. Naturally, they are not going to tell you which one you might be waiting on to review it. In short, yes, that is normal.

Hey Domiscotian,

Join the facebook group called Dominicano Spouses. It's all for foreigners married to Dominicans and vise versa. Many of the people are either going through the process and immigrating to Canada or have already completed the process. You can get more Santo Domingo specific answers there.
