I am still waiting for a PPR, but thought I will post this question to all. I am on an L1 visa in the USA but only with the I 94 extension (stamping not done since it was an extension). I wanted to move in to Canada from the USA, do the initial formalities, get PR card, come back to the USA and then go to India. Is this a feasible option?
I would have done this if I had the stamped US VISA in my passport, since I can move in back from Canada to USA without any issues, but since I move out of USA without a stamped VISA, my understanding is I have to attend a US Consulate interview in my country of citizenship and then move back again.
Are there any possibilities to make this happen? Pls advice
