Is there any chances of rejection for selecting "yes" to job offer letter?

Hi ,

I have applied for my PR under CEC category.
I have 1 year Canadian experience (non continuous)

10 months- 1 company <break>
2 months -current company

I got Canadian Work Experience points as "40" and 0 for Arranged Employment.
I am afraid if my application will be rejected as I am not sure if I selected "yes" to valid job offer.

What will happen if I had selected "yes" , I just submitted my recent company offer letter in the offer of employment space.

Can someone please advice.

Nothing will happen as you didnt claim points for it, you simply submitted documents that weren't required.

Don't select yes to a valid job offer, since only LMIA is considered as valid job offer. If you don't have a LMIA, select no.

Don't select yes to a valid job offer, since only LMIA is considered as valid job offer. If you don't have a LMIA, select no.

No. You didn't gain those points as there are other questions that would determine if you actually have a valid job offer.

it won't cause rejection. It just may affect your score change based on all of the questions you answered.
