Recently PM Harper released the list of his 38 new cabinet members, and since Feb 27, 2008 FSW applicants are still waiting for the 38 occupations on the priority list. So is there something special with the NO. 38? Your opinion will be highly appreciated.
Nobody knows if it really will be 38 in the end or not. We will see when the rules are posted.
