does anyone have a clue to the fact that cic has from 38 occupation list added 11 and removed 20 occupations to make a 29 occupation list.?if someone whose applied in feb 2008 does no longer have his occupation in the new list ,how hopeful shoul he be of a positive response?

Someone who applied under the first set of ministerial instructions (MI-I) whose application is not on the second second of ministerial instructions (MI-II) is still eligible for processing, and there application won't fail just because their occupation is no longer on the list.
However, they are likely to be processed on a lower priority than those under MI-II and those under MI-I whose occupation still on MI-II.
