is paying advance tution fee that imp..?

Hi ppl,

I would be going for sept 2013 intake and wanted to get the info about paying the advance tuition as part of the university category , is it that imp and mandatory to pay ,

well i have a GIC and a bank loan which would serve the purpose of tuition fees + 10,000 cad ( in form of gic) for the visa
should I still go ahead with paying the tuition fee in advance...

pls..need ur advice and guidance on this..
