I decided to apply for CND immigration and my job is related IT. but the problem is my job experience matches mostly with 2281, not exactly with 0213. but i read in this website that 2281 can also b considered under 0213 depending on the duties. i want to know what it means by saying "depending on the duties"? now i m confused whether to apply under 2281 or not. i need to b clear about that whether i will b eligible if i apply under 2281. PLEASE HELP.
No, NOC other than 0213 is not acceptable if you are applying for FSW category 1. Only if you can match your duties closely enough to 0213 and then you apply under 0213.
