Hi,

I have a provincial notification of interest that I received about a week ago. I still have time to apply on that but my CRS is 471 so I am keeping my hopes up for the next Express Entry draw. So I worried: if I have a provincial notification of interest in my account, does that mean my profile is closed to express entry draws or is it still open?
