Is my eligibility met or do I still have a chance of rejection? Please help

I received my GCMS notes and in the notes section I saw the following comments by the officer. Has anyone seen something similar. Could someone tell me if I am eligible or is it still not decided.

The officer has listed the following under review required.

Recommendation: PA did not list lots of duties in his Canadian WE, but appear to meet NOC declared. A11.2 appears met R87.1 CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Appears met
Ready to finalize RPRF. Complete

And then in the work experience it says
DUTIES APPER TO MATCH MOC WEBSITE, BUT ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.

Sounds to me like you're fine. Senior officer will review and sign off on your app. I'm certain that if and when more information is needed they will request it from you.
Appear met and reccomend pass are not that different from each other.
