Is medical exam mandatory for CEC inland primary applicants ?

Ok... so I recall seeing from somewhere that Ontario shares health information with the Federal government. But then, I searched this document which defined what info is shared between ON and IRCC: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rstanding-information-sharing-march-2004.html. I did not see health info being on the list...

With that being said, withholding info from IRCC is a ground for inadmissibility, so I highly recommend you to consult a lawyer on this regard.
