Completed Bachelor Degree 4 years in Mechanical Engineering from India

Completed Master Degree 2 years in Mechanical Engineering from USA

Can I go ahead with the WES/ECA or any other institution.

(I did complete the free WES/ECA evaluation) It mentions Bachelors / Masters equivalent in Canada.
