Hey all I am currently living in Canada on a 1 year open work permit as part of the commonwealth program as I am from the UK.
My question is can I get a visa to live with a girlfriend without marrying her? Is there any form of common law or spouse partnership visa without the marriage part?

She could apply to sponsor you after you have lived together as a common/law couple for 1 year.
