Hi just want to ask about this guys. Last year when my employer filed my tax she check the GST and last year I received a check quarterly. Is this possible that I get because some of my friends they don't recieved any. This can cause a problem on me when I apply for PR this year. Please advise me guys what to do.thanks
 
The GST is based on your income. If you are single and your gross income is $25,000/year or less, you are eligible for the GST credit. The only reason your friends won't have received it is they made a lot of money.
