Is it wise to send an email to London now????

Hi,

I am an applicant of London office with July 2007 AOR date. I did my medicals in October 2010 and still waiting for a PPR. I send an email inquiry to London on 13th of April but didnt get any reply yet.
I need to ask will it be a good idea to send another inquiry now as usually I get response within a week ,and whenever its late than one week they dont respond to that inquiry.

Please advice.

Whats your NOC? Wait for atleast 28 days before sending another enquiry?
