Hi, I'm an American who just got accepted into Concordia University in Montreal for winter 2016. Is it too late to get a CAQ and study visa in time?
 
How many days does it to get a CAQ?
Since you are an american, you dont need a visa right?

No, but get your skates on ;)

Qc quotes 20 business days for a CAQ, plus CIC's 6 weeks for a study permit from the US.

Americans don't need visitor visas or TRVs. They do need study permits.

My wife and I applied for one at the border (airport). We received our study and work permit before we left the immigration area of the airport.
