They say that 80% of cases are finalized within 6 months and people should get their landing papers in this time. However, I'm wondering if it's taking longer these days.

My 6 months get over end of December. My application status hasn't had any update in the past 2 months.
My sister has already completed 7 months waiting and her application also doesn't have any update or queries.

Please share if you are facing the same issue or if someone can explain these delays.
