Is it still feasible to apply for Sept 2021 intake?

My name is Jagdeep Singh and I got admission at University of Saskatchewan but before I could apply for visa Canada suspended upfront medical examination for students. I want to enquire is it okay to apply for sept intake within next two weeks ( hopefully medicals will be resumed) and get application results till the end of September.
Or
Should I scrap my dream to study abroad.

Can't you defer your intake? I am also not sure if we have enough time to apply for Sept intake.

I believe its best to go for a program with 2 to 3 intakes a year. Going for a program with 1 intake per year is very risky in case the study permit is refused.

You can try but there is no guarantee that you will get a decision by September.
