Is it smart to apply for TRV/Visit while waiting after appeal allowed

Hello.

Our appeal was allowed last month but so far our application has not moved back to the original VO post that initially refused us.

Looking at other peoples timeline after appeal being allowed it seems to vary anywhere from 4 to 12 months and some rare cases even longer.

So my question is has anyone done this before? And are there a greater chance to be approved for Visit visa now that our appeal has been allowed and genuine relationship between me and my partner has been established in the eyes of IRCC minister.

Hi there; I was just wondering if you finally got the email from IRCC. Im on the same boat...our appeal was allowed 2 months ago and I havent heard anything yet and now they decided to go on strike today. Lol. Really hope you and your loved one got reunited already or are about to.
