Yes, IELTS is generally considered a visa requirement.
Ielts isnt that hard. Just take the next upcoming test and your results will be given 2-3 weeks after the test.
Dont file application for visa without IELTS.

I got my study visa without IELTS. I think if you have the letter of admission you are good. The requirement is being enrolled in a program. Language requirements are set up by the actual school, program you apply for. Many of them have their own language tests for this reason.

1) all universities in Canada requires Qualification assessment (ICAS/WES) if yes then should i take admission first in university or just go for ICAS Assessment prior to taking admission...??//

2) I have bachelors degree (4 years ) .. what document ICAS require (only degree and trascript or primary education as well)
