Is it possible to edit EE Profile, to add spouse IELTS score?

My wife can not give IELTS exam now. Can I create EE profile without IELTS score of my spouse and edit it later to get more points ?

Scenario 1: Create EE profile without spouse data - 430 points.
If I get PR can I take my wife along with me to Canada without PR for wife?
Are there any other process like dependent visa or anything for my wife?

Scenario 2: Create EE profile with spouse data and without IETLS of spouse - 413 points.
Can I create EE profile without IELTS score of my spouse and edit it later to get more points ?

Scenario 3: Create EE profile with spouse data and IETLS of spouse - 433 points.
But this scenario will take around 3 months for my wife to take IELTS due to health reasons.

Please suggest.

Are you saying you want to apply as single?
Or are you saying you will add her as non-accompanying?

Yes apply as single.

If you apply as single while being married not only is that misrepresentation but also you will never be able to sponsor your wife.

Yes but you would have to sponsor your spouse after becoming a PR. This process can take around 12 months so prepare to be separated for that long.

Buddy, @DelPiero07 has given some sound advice.

Trust me, myself and wife spoke for a long time about this. In the end we decided that without spouse was not at all worth it. You'll have to jump through various hoops to get her there after your PR. By the way, here's the link we referred to

You can create your profile, update it with your details and spouse accompanying, but don't submit it. Once your wife completes get IELTS, you can add it in and submit.

If you're talking about spouse ECA and IELTS, yes you can. But to create a profile, you'll absolutely need your scores and ECA.
