Friends & Seniors,
Is it necessary to show IN PROCESS in status before receiving MR? If so then how long and why i'm not even in RBVO status then......
Its just showing (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete from February 11.
Quite annoying that my FD has reached to Sydney (as per my status details) whereas its been sent to ND on 3 Jan 11 and reached day after tomorrow...............i wonder what could be the possible reason!!!
Any helpful post is highly appreciated.
Pal.
In most cases the status turn to In Process before medical.

No its not obligatory.
Dear palnp,
Please note that "In Process"basically means that ur file has been attended on BFD for Background check for determination of ur eligibility viz-a-viz the genuiness of the documents provided by u.If at all VO requires any other information/paper he/she will call fOR the same marking fresh BFD.The moment he/she is satisfied, the applicant will be asked for MR.BFDS are normally strictly attended to,unless otherwise certain information ,earlier called for, preceeds BFD.
Hope, all pre-june 2010 applicants see light of the day, earlier than expected.

mine turned to IN PROCESS after "CIO eligibility review complete" no "rbvo"!! so i guess it's possible!!
Usually you receive MR while your ecas is "in process". However, some applicants has received MR while their ecas status was RBVO. In those cases, it is actually also "in process" in contrary to what their ecas show.
Thanks mute man & hondubai for expressing ure valuable thoughts!
God bless!!
