Is it necessary to apostille documents?

"(...) Include a notarized (certified) translation with a certified copy of the original document (...)"

Is the apostille necessary or just notarization as indicated in the checklist?

Read the instructions. If it does not specify that an apostille is needed ... then an apostille is not needed.
