"A copy of your most recent secondary or post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate, and most recent transcripts."
Therefore you must have both degree and transcript in hand before applying. Only if you have a degree/diploma can you omit sending your 12th STD grades.
Hello everyone. I am a final year degree student from India. I have received an offer letter from a college in Edmonton for September intake for a post secondary diploma program. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the exams for final year students have been postponed till September end. I need to apply for my visa now so Can I apply for visa with 12th grade marksheet as I don’t have my degree right now.
Unfortunately the diploma program does not have the option to defer. I really don’t want to waste one entire year due to govt’s reckless decision to conduct exams.

Sadly no mate as for diploma/Bachelors you need that degree and without that you can’t if you are confident enough apply for the college and if they enroll you start taking online classes and apply for visa as you get class 12 th examination certificate, That is only if you don’t want to waste time.

Look I have already enrolled in a college in Canada. I am ready to start my classes online but I have heard that doing so will hamper my chances of getting PGWP. I am really confused as to what to do. This is why I am asking If I can apply for Visa with 12th marksheet

Hi All,
I am planning to submit my study permit application via "Online Non - SDS" category. However, I am not able to see any fields to upload my "Educational Transcripts" and "Language score" under "Non - SDS" category where as in the "SDS" sections its available. Should I attach the same under "Letter of Explanation" field or is it not required for "Non-SDS" category ?
Any suggestions and advises would be highly appreciated. Thanks In Advance.
In the IRCC webinar, the person said the more information you give it is easier for the officer to make a decision. It is better if you give transcripts and language scores, even though it is not mandatory. If your score is very poor then dont give unless they ask.

Yes attach with letter of explanation and also mention in your letter of explanation that you have attached the transcripts, scores and financial documents.
