What is your suggestion if someone is currently doing MBA while his study permit application is under process? He got the results of last semester after his refusal. He reapplied for the same program but didn't mention the MBA yet. ** MBA was not full-time, it was executive MBA, done along with Full time job**

If IRCC finds out, they will likely interpret it as misrepresentation. However, very hard for them to find out.
The issue is that later, if you want to declare your MBA as part of your education for PR purposes, if IRCC looks closely at your profile, they might find this and ask you for explanations which might not go very well for you.

Best to come clean now if you ever want to count the MBA for future applications. Visa officers do things like LinkedIn searches. Applying for an MBA while completing another MBA is another big issue.
