Is it advisable to apply again just after refusal of visitor visa???

My parents applied for visitor visa on 31 may. My brother who is in canada invited my parents for his graduation. Descision is made today on 12 june and visa is rejected because of less funds and no travel history...now my brother’s birthday is on 4 july..should we apply for tourist visa again for the reason of visiting him for his birthday??? We would add more funds before applying ....is it advisable to apply again just after refusal??

There is no restriction on applying again, unless otherwise stated in refusal letter.

There is no restriction on applying again, unless otherwise stated in refusal letter.

They have just got refusal and we are planning to reapply within one week..is it ok to apply immediately for another reason as birthday

If you got rejected on "travel history" you might want to have a purpose stronger than that

I've seen people explain why they have not been out of the country or traveled as often until now. etc. I believe the officer wants you to address each reason. As long as there is a reasonable answer there shouldn't be much of a problem.
