Hello, I am planning to apply for supervisa for my parents.
They applied for travel visa in 2016 to attend my graduation, however, it was refused by stating insufficient funds. Even though they showed 30-40 Lakh INR in bank statements and house ownership.
My question is, would i need the UCI number that was issued on refusal?
They applied through an agent and cant seem to find the refusal letter (i know big mistake).
