Is it a misrepresentation? Help please.

I just want to ask for some advice.

We unintentionally answered "NO" on Schedule A in regards to, have you been refused a visa to...…, we'll in fact my husband has been refused a visitor's visa last year. We really thought that the question is regarding refugees and we didn't fully understand the question that time. Upon receiving our AOR, we look realized that the question included visitor's visa. We immediately send a letter and updated Schedule A through the webform and they have also acknowledge the receipt of out request and they said "We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration."

Do you think we will still have a problem on our spousal application? Help please!

No of course not, same thing happened with me, within 7 months i got my Visa and COPR. So don’t worry all best.
