yea under SPP rejected on 7th day
 
Did submit those 2 things ?? If yes then even after submitting there was no any visa on your passport ?? or how did you come to know about your refusal

i got visa refusal saying
-Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification, previous studies, gap in studies,employment, level of establishment ,language abalties or your future expects and plans.
