My course is also mobile app development but on offer letter, it is written that start date of program is : 5 may 2018 and end date is: 31 december 2019. So, the program length is of 20 months ???

Its written Toronto campus on the offer letter.....I have got one offer letter also from conestoga college....Their program is also of 2 years......but start date is : 7may 2018 and end date is :16 august 2019.......So total length of 2 year program of conestoga college becomes about 16 months. but length of 2 year program at cambrian hanson toronto becomes about 20 months.

no, I had applied through an agent....So, my application fee was waived off !!!
