Is CA articles considered as work experience

Qualifications
1. CA Inter 2015
2.B.Com IGNOU 2018
3. ICAI ATC Certificate

3 years articleship completed in 2018. Can this article experience considered as work experience under NOC 1111 ?
P.S. I didn’t clear my CA Final yet.

First of all, you need to figure out about your qualification. Currently, you have just B.Com which is equivalent to high school in Canada. Certifications doesn't carry any weight. Better to get your credentials equaled from Canadian authority. and articles does not count as an experience, its counted as a training.
