Guys, I have applied for PR under CEC in september 2012. Received my AOR in October 2012. CPP-Ottawa asked me for documents related to my employer in May 2013. Then in June 2013, they asked me to pay RPRF & Biodata form, which I duly paid and sent them in a week's time. Now I am waiting for MR & possibly PPR. As everyone else is saying that their ecas shows "in process". My ecas shows that "Application received".. Can anyone help me out on this??

As per the series of events happened on your file(as you mentioned), it seems your ECAS not updated. It seemes for me that they already started evaluating your application, but ECAS not updated.
Your ECAS should actually be "In Process" however still showing as "Application Received".
Please DO NOT worry about the status udpate on ECAS.
Applicants are getting med requests while 'application received' wouldn't worry about it!

Second that. Hang in there.

I was working for Petro Canada in different cities. So, they asked, whether I was based in Alberta or Toronto head office.

Thank you.
I wouldn't worry about ECAS system too much. It says on mine "Application received" and "Medicals received" but no "in process" so their updating isn't consistent.
