I got my passport request for my CEC application last night, but am planing to inform CIC that i will be getting married next month end, and want to include my spouse after wedding. Below is my immigration profile.

AOR received: 26th September 2012
Medical/ Biodata/ RPRF request received: 20th August 2013

When you sent off your bio data, it asked you if you intended to marry before becoming a PR - it's at that stage you should have told them
Have you sent your passport? If not then don't, write to CIC and let them know - your spouse will need to undergo medical and security etc so there will be a delay on your application.

Jesus, no kidding. Why haven't you done that earlier? You could've called CIC, email CPP-O and simply asked what to do.
But instead you wait until last minute?
If I were you, I would get in contact with CIC ASAP!
